The first residents moved into the Carlisle Community in 1997. Business affairs were turned over to the residents from management on June 29, 1999. The Community now has 138 ranch-style town homes that consist of six-unit residences with three different floor plans and two, three, four or five attached Villa homes with four different floor plans. All of the units have patios and two car garages and some have added options such as fireplaces, basements and Three Season Rooms. Many of the units face the golf course for a very open feeling. When one of our residents was ill and confined to the house he told his wife “that being able to enjoy the open view of the ponds, golf course and wet lands took away the feeling of being shut in and away from the world.”


The Carlisle Community is professionally managed by Foster Premier Inc.  The landscaping, exterior maintenance of buildings, snow removal and maintenance of driveways, streets, sidewalks, curbs and street lights are the responsibility of the Carlisle Homeowners Association (HOA) which is overseen by a board of five directors selected by the residents. The board works diligently to assist in following the Declarations, By-laws and our Rules and Regulations. These have all been revised in 2013 to be in compliance with today’s standards. Also a reserve study was done in 2013 in order to plan for future maintenance. All work is done from the reserves built up from the monthly assessment fees. The board conducts HOA meetings the second Wednesday of March, May, July, September, and November at 7:00 PM in the Carillon Clubhouse and all residents are encouraged to attend. 


Residents and guests are welcomed at the Carlisle front gates by the American flags flying and the beautiful decorations for all Holidays and change of Seasons and the commemorative bricks dedicated to each branch of the Armed Forces all done by the residents.  Carlisle has an annual Holiday party in December with other Communities. Many residents play on the Bocce ball and Shuffleboard teams and get together for other functions during the year. They are also able to enjoy all the amenities Carillon has to offer.
