Group Exercise and Water Activity Descriptions
Aerobics: A heart healthy low impact workout; designed to improve bone density.
Aqua Arthritis Relief: Low impact water workout to strengthen muscles around the
joints & improve flexibility, mobility & circulation.
Aqua Cardio Plus: Cardiovascular workout with low joint impact, occasionally using pool props.
Aqua Latin Heat: Upbeat cardio workout with Zumba-like moves in the pool.
Balance & Stretch: This educational class helps participants improve their concentration,
posture, strength, flexibility, and overall balance.
Balance & Core Strength: Improves your ability to maintain balance,
while enhancing good posture, increasing leg and core strength.
Cardio Mashup:  Pick your pace in this class that offers both low and
   medium impact options for cardio fitness, with a variety of musical styles.
Cardio Plus: Low impact cardiovascular workout, occasionally using fun props.
Chair Fitness: Seated workout focusing on mobility & strength using light weights,
bands & other equipment
.
Chair Yoga: This class is for those who prefer not to get on the floor.
Come experience improved flexibility, range of motion, balance,
while learning relaxation techniques.
Gentle Yoga: Flowing movement & poses to increase strength & flexibility,
improve balance & posture. These classes are schedule in the mornings.
Healthy Back: Improve back health; develop muscles in the upper back, core
while improving posture and increasing flexibility.
Latin Heat: Upbeat cardio workout with Zumba-like moves.
Lo Impact Strength: Move to the music with light weights; increase
muscular endurance, while enhancing bone density.
Loosen Up: Increase your flexibility which reduces muscle stiffness. Boosting your ability
to do everyday tasks with ease. Improve posture, protect against injury and increase circulation
.
Precision Sculpt Pilates: Develop core strength while learning the anchoring
techniques to sculpt your muscles.
Raise the Bar: A comprehensive class; challenges each muscle group with a
variety of equipment ~ballet barre’, balls, dumbbells, body bars and resistance bands and mats.
Stress Management: Discuss techniques intended to help people deal more
effectively with stress in their lives.
Tighten and Tone: Multi-level floor workout. Each muscle group is challenged with
a variety of equipment~ mats, ballet barre’, balls, dumb bells, body bars, resistance
bands and steps.
Walk & Roll: More than a stroll, less than a power walk; incorporates light weights,
basic obstacle courses, movements improve balance, mobility & cardiovascular health.
Yoga: Movement and poses to increase strength & flexibility, improve balance & posture;
This class is scheduled in the evening and offers options for m
ore challenging poses.
