The Sun Valley has a first floor master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bath.  The kitchen and breakfast areas open to the family room.  The dining and living rooms have volume ceilings. 

There are two bedrooms and a bath on the second floor.  The second floor also has a loft area and space for a possible fourth bedroom.

A spacious two-car garage is included. On some of the Sun Valleys volume ceilings were available as well as fireplaces, sunrooms and basements
