| |
Where: |
Carillon Club Room 3 |
| |
Description: |
Anything you wish to create with a needle, the group does: knitting, crocheting, cross-stitching, needlepoint, sewing, some quilting, etc. Members have a variety of skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Some residents have joined the group just to socialize and they have gotten interested in a craft and now have busy, busy hands!
The first Tuesday of the month finds the Needleworkers enjoying lunch at a different local restaurant before the meeting at the clubhouse.
If you are interested in working on any project that uses a needle, come join the group. Members have knowledge of many crafts and will gladly help with any stitching problems.
The Needleworkers are a loving, helpful, and supportive group. They enjoy creating with their hands while socializing. As one new member stated: "This is the friendliest, most helpful group I have met". |
