Magellan

The Magellan is the largest model of the single home floor plans.  It is a two story home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, powder room, den and loft.

Conveniently located on the first floor is the master bedroom with a bay window, walk-in and hall closets which open to the bathroom. On this floor opening from a den is a vaulted ceiling living room with sliding glass windows plus an optional fireplace.  The dining area is conveniently adjacent to the breakfast room and large kitchen with a pantry that opens to the laundry room.  The laundry room leads into a two-car garage and makes for a great traffic pattern when grocery shopping.  Off the entrance is a sizable foyer with powder room and stairs leading to the second floor and basement if that option was chosen.

The second floor has two bedrooms with closets that share a bathroom.  Included is a loft and storage area.  A great, roomy house for guests and entertaining.
