The Greenbriar, a raised ranch, is a uniquely designed home.  It features two master bedroom suites, both with walk-in closets and private baths which are located at opposite ends of the floor plan. 

The master bedroom is located at the back of the house, close to the kitchen and breakfast/pantry areas that open up to the family room and the dining room.  In addition to the walk-in closet, this suite has an additional hall closet.  

A second master bedroom is near the front entrance and living room. The bath has two doors making it accessible to wheelchairs. The den has a closet which makes it possible to be converted to a third bedroom.  The laundry room is off the two-car garage and conveniently located close to the suites and den. 

Variations of this home style have fireplaces and basements.  Volume ceilings were available in the first master bedroom, breakfast and family rooms.
