Desert Springs

The Desert Springs offers a two-floor layout with a master bedroom on the first floor plus one or (optionally) two bedrooms for guests on the second floor. A loft on that floor overlooks the first floor family room. 

From the formal entryway, step into a large family room/dining room combination with plenty of space for entertainment.

A spacious kitchen and separate breakfast room are made for big appetites.   

There is a full bath adjacent to the master bedroom and another full bath on the second floor. To accommodate the casual visitor, there is also a powder room off the foyer.
