BACKGROUND

Buckingham Condominium was built in 1989 and began being occupied in mid-1990. We are located across the street from Club Carillon. Known as Carillon’s only “high-rise", we have four stories with twelve units per floor.

We have a large variety of trees and plantings surrounding the building and our large parking lot. Buckingham Homeowners’ Association is administered by a Board of Directors responsible for maintaining the exterior of the building, all common areas, landscaping, snow removal, and all services required to keep the building and grounds in excellent condition.

MANAGEMENT

Buckingham Condominium is managed by Foster/Premier Management Company, in conjunction with our Board of Directors. Association meetings are held in February, May, August and November.

LIVING IN BUCKINGHAM

Forty-eight units under one roof tends to give a feel of ‘family’ while at the same time affording a very exclusive and independent lifestyle. Some of our many amenities include underground heated parking, elevator, inside garbage chutes on each floor, inside mail boxes, inside newspaper delivery, large balconies, lots of storage space, and we don't have to leave the building for our Association Meetings — they are held in the Lobby. We have a very active Social Committee that plans many fun parties throughout the year, held right in our building lobby. In addition to being in a gated community, Buckingham has a secure entry system.
